Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at one of our U.S. locations.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists across business, payroll, and advisory services. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, growing the local TurboTax footprint while delivering a seamless end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit
• Must be willing to onsite at a TurboTax office and work 20+ hours/week during peak times

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for the future
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Act as a trusted guide linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy

Skills

Tax preparation experience

3+ years 1040 filings

Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
