Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing full-service tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach.

You’ll engage clients in-person and virtually, participate in ongoing training, and leverage Intuit resources to guide customers

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as determined by the business.
• Wearing Intuit uniforms and using your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - drive local growth, outreach, and events to build a local client base.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust with clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful service in-person and via video tools.
