Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving both in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance.

You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, addressing complex personal and business tax needs while building a local client base and long-term relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Onsite role, 8:00–17:00 local, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and compliance programs.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust through personalized service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via intelligent video tools.
