Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a Turbotax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for clients, serving in-person and virtually.

You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and coordinate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, including bookkeeping and payroll where needed, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filed 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory.
• Onsite presence; 20+ hours per week; hours 8am–5pm local time.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in training and marketing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and advisory for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Engage in local marketing to grow the client base.
• Collaborate with in-house tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Maintain tax compliance and complete required trainings.
