Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team in one of our local TurboTax locations across the United States.

This role focuses on full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice in person or virtually. As a Local Service Expert, you will build relationships with clients, grow the local client base, and coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Comfortable onsite at TurboTax office; 20 hours per week minimum; 8:00–17:00 local time; Mon–Fri.
• Prepared to complete required training and development; compliance and upskilling.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and have name/picture used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
