Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will help grow the local client base, establish long-term relationships, and deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience with personalized service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients end-to-end.
