Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and support TurboTax software for clients across the United States.

You will work closely with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. As a trusted community ambassador, you will grow the local client base, engage in targeted outreach and events, and connect clients with related services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 preparation for 30+ returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/pictures for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a year-round engagement mindset.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
