Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized service at a TurboTax center in the United States.

You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, while also acting as a community ambassador to attract and retain clients and expand Intuit’s local presence. Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete all required training and development; uniforms provided; advertising use of name/photo.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
