Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will build local client relationships, grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and community events, and connect clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll,

Qualifications

• Active EA or CPA credential preferred with strong tax knowledge.
• Minimum years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow local client base.
• Bridge clients to the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Assist clients in person and via Intuit video tools.
