You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, expert guidance, and software support while connecting clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem for ongoing advisory services. The role emphasizes community engagement, prospecting for new clients, and building long-term relationships with individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• Tax professionals with credentialed preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Proactively grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with broader Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a top-tier customer experience in person and virtually.
• Work onsite during standard hours and participate in ongoing training and development.
