Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and personalized tax guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States, including duties to grow the local client base and deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, supporting customers with W-2s, business income, deductions, and amendments, while leveraging Intuit tools to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base with outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries.
