Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and support software use for in-person and remote clients.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring clients see a complete financial picture. You’ll also help expand TurboTax’s local client base through community outreach and marketing supported by Intuit

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required compliance/training.
• Willing to wear uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local/community presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting relationships and drive customer loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
