Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver trusted tax advice and full-service tax preparation at TurboTax locations across the U.S. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years of paid federal/state 1040 tax returns experience.
• Willing to work onsite, Mon-Fri, 20+ hours per week.
• Upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams for a full service experience.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences with personalized client communication.
