Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking talented Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. You will build relationships in the local community, drive new client acquisition, and provide ongoing support throughIntuit resources and marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week min, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete training and development as determined by the business.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with local community and building relationships.
• Connect clients with broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and guide clients through tax planning and questions.
