Qualifications

• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be onsite for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve client needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Assist clients in complex tax scenarios and offer future tax planning guidance.
