Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients, building a personal connection through complex and simple tax scenarios.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base by engaging with the community, delivering workshops, and collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and adhere to required compliance and branding rules.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Holistic tax advisory mindset beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Engage with clients to create long-term loyalty and year-round support.

Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Education

EA (Enrolled Agent) / CPA / Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience
