Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join us as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, working closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will act as a local ambassador, building a client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while leveraging TurboTax marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office for at least 20 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach and events
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
