Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join our onsite team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and support clients in person and virtually, building trust and long-term relationships with the local community.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, addressing a complete financial picture for each client.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver a full Intuit experience.
• Deliver end-to-end client meetings with a shared understanding of the client's financial picture.
• Assist in creating a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
