Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide on-site tax advice, full-service preparation, and connect clients with colleagues across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. As a trusted guide, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, host community events, and represent Intuit in local marketing efforts, while working onsite with

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, min 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business including cross-training
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence and creating tax-related content
• Bonus: bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future tax needs
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory to deliver end-to-end service
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships with community clients
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools
