You will provide tax preparation and expert advice, while building a thriving local client base and collaborating with Intuit specialists for comprehensive solutions.

You will work on-site, serve in-person and virtual clients, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios, always aiming to empower financial prosperity with Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) certification preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and deliver year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
