Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients in one of our U.S. TurboTax locations.

You will work on-site with a team of tax professionals, handling a range of personal and business tax scenarios and guiding clients through the Intuit ecosystem. You'll build local relationships, attract new clients, and deliver a best-in-class experience using Intuit tools and marketing resources, while training to expand services such as

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time.
• Training and development as determined by the business; uniforms and branding usage may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with collaboration across the specialist team.
