Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
