Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver high-quality on-site tax preparation and personalized guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will combine tax knowledge with a proactive community approach to help clients navigate personal and small-business tax scenarios. You will work with a team to connect clients to Intuit’s broader services, from bookkeeping to financial planning, and participate in local outreach that builds trust and drives ongoing

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal experts across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Create a positive, lasting client relationship through clear communication and tailored guidance.
