Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location.

You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, guiding them through personal and business tax scenarios and helping them maximize refunds while planning future taxes. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community through events, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).

Competenze

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete training and development as needed.
• Willing to wear uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Mansioni

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, partnerships, and community engagement.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
