Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert guidance in a local TurboTax location. You will engage customers, absorb their financial context, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will actively grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage Intuit resources to build trust and long-term relationships in your market.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20 hrs/wk.
• Complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Grow local client base and presence in community.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus, holistic advisory exp.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Build relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools.
