Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while building local relationships and expanding the client base.

As a community-focused advisor, you’ll host events, partner with local organizations, and connect clients with Intuit services for year‑round guidance. This role emphasizes customer excellence and collaboration with specialists.

Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (CPA/EA or attorney) and strong tax preparation experience.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the U.S.
• Experience handling personal and small business tax scenarios using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and help clients navigate tax-related challenges.
