Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise and guide clients through complex and simple tax needs, working closely with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end experience.

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and ensure a top-tier customer experience by addressing tax questions, planning, and referrals to related services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and nurture relationships.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage year-round engagement and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
