Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will support clients in person and virtually, connecting them with the full Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end services. You will build local relationships, recruit new clients, and contribute to community outreach while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must be comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and events.
• Link clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
