Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll engage with both in-person and virtual customers, serving as the local trusted advisor and connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem. You will build long-term relationships, drive local growth, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes, while delivering exceptional service in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and establish relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
