Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and preparation at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with customers in person and virtually, collaborating with experts to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences and grow local client relationships. You will help with personal and business tax scenarios, participate in community events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions while ensuring a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns with pro software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 provisions.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development programs.
• Willing to wear company uniforms as part of role.
• Interest in building local and online social presence for TurboTax.
