Job summary

Intuit is hiring dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to in‑person and virtual clients, delivering an end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

You will also grow your local client base, build lasting relationships, and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, orPracticing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex return scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing, such as bookkeeping or payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Engage with the local community through events and partnerships.
