Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location. You’ll engage clients in person and online, uncover deductions, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You will build relationships, grow the local client base, and participate in community events while using TurboTax tools to ensure accurate, personalized tax solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s/season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri (20+ hrs/wk).
• Complete required training and development as directed by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising with consent.
• Interest in building a local community presence and online content.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Maintain high customer service and professional standards.
• Participate in cross-team collaborations to deliver end-to-end service.
