Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax expertise and client service in a collaborative team.

You’ll handle tax preparation from simple to complex scenarios, build local relationships, grow the client base, and connect clients with Intuit’s full ecosystem of services, supported by marketing tools and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state 1040s) per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, partnerships and community events.
• Coordinate with internal tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.
