Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, deliver expert tax guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to meet comprehensive financial needs.

You will act as a trusted advisor in the local community, building relationships, expanding the client base, and ensuring a seamless, end-to-end experience for both in-person and virtual clients.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and develop long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to resolve inquiries.
