Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team. You will perform on-site tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and work collaboratively with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Build local customer base and own your market through outreach and events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - Develop long-term trust turning transactions into multi-year relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - Ensure exceptional service and assist clients with tax-related challenges.
