Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community outreach to help clients navigate complex tax needs and build lasting relationships.

You will work in-person at a TurboTax location, providing hands-on tax preparation and personalized guidance while collaborating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns/year).
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week and 8am-5pm local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Develop and grow a local client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teams for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
