Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location. You will interact with in-person and virtual clients, delivering tax expertise, planning, and software support while integrating with a broader team of specialists.

You will build local client relationships, grow the community presence, and utilize TurboTax marketing tools to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and drive long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location and participate in local and online engagement.
