Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Your role includes growing the local client base, delivering personalized tax planning, and connecting clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guidance year-round.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
