Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering tailored tax solutions while collaborating with a network of specialists for a complete financial picture.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage marketing resources to build long-term relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Assist in discovering deductions, minimizing tax liabilities, and providing tax planning guidance.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships under marketing support.
• Connect clients with other Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
