Job summary

Intuit is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams handling in-person and virtual tax needs. You’ll deliver full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA/Att or PTIN active to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience (federal/state).
• Familiar with Circular 230 and professional tax rules.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for integrated client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual client service with a focus on accuracy.
• Present a complete financial picture to guide year-round client support.
