Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and guidance at TurboTax locations.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering end-to-end services and building lasting client relationships. As a key connector to the broader Intuit ecosystem, you will help grow the local client base, connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources, and participate in

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax-prep experience and broad tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid 1040 returns filed per season using pro software, familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development; cross-training may occur.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence with community content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and online.
