Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a local TurboTax location.

You will perform on-site tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and connect clients with a broader team for full-service financial support in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include building local relationships, growing the client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Preference for bilingual (English/Spanish) communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Collaborate with a broader team of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and clear tax guidance.
