Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at TurboTax locations nationwide.

On-site tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement help customers navigate their tax needs. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and work with a network of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep knowledge.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours; training required.
• Uniforms provided; ability to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in local/community engagement and marketing activities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with customers in person and via Intuit video tools; assist with tax planning.
