Intuit Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with a broader team to deliver a complete Intuit experience.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, delivering exceptional service, and utilizing marketing tools to build relationships. The role requires on-site presence, knowledge of tax rules, and a client-centered approach

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s seasonally using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax scenarios and optimize deductions.
• Collaborate with specialists covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
• Lead local events and community outreach to boost brand awareness.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
