Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients with broader Intuit services.

You will act as a local ambassador, grow the client base through community outreach, and deliver an end-to-endIntuit experience with a focus on personal finance outcomes for individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end‑to‑end client solutions.
