Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists for a complete financial picture.

You will grow the local client base, build long‑term relationships, and deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end Intuit experience. The role emphasizes community engagement and resident in the United States.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid 1040 filings (30+ per season) using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week).
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in person and virtually.
