Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to individuals and small businesses, while growing the local TurboTax client base and collaborating with Intuit specialists.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, engaging with clients in person and virtually, and coordinating with the broader team to deliver seamless tax solutions throughout the year.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Att or active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and upskilling into additional service types.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Build local client base, and participate in community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via virtual tools.
