Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at one of our locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building lasting relationships with clients and growing the local business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer end-to-end services, from personal to business tax needs, and promote the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and financial planning.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development; uniforms provided; may be featured in marketing materials.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax tips and educational content per Intuit policies.
• Must reside within the United States; must obtain related state licenses as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to turn transactions into year-round engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients toward their financial goals with professional service and clear communication.
