Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on‑site teams at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll provide hands‑on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with broader Intuit services in a collaborative, client‑first environment. As a trusted guide, you’ll grow the local TurboTax clientele through outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering exceptional service and solutions tailored to each customer’s financial picture.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willingness to upsell into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Comfortable onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–5:00 local time.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
