Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week, with potential peak-season scaling.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit video tools, addressing tax-related inquiries.
